Our influenza antiviral resistance transmission model is based on our Global Model of influenza transmission around the globe. The work is described in The global spread of drug-resistant influenza published in 2011.
The C++ code is being released without instructions. It has been compiled and run on Linux machines and requires the GNU Scientific library for random number generation. For help running the system contact Dennis Chao at dchao@fhcrc.org.
