Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research
The University of Florida CSQUID program works in collaboration with the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research. Along with cancer research, Fred Hutch’s mission and work is to eliminate diseases that cause human suffering and death. Long time collaborator Dr. Betz Halloran, creates models of infectious disease dynamics and strategies for mitigation and control.
University of Washington
The University of Florida CSQUID collaborates with the University of Washington’s School of Public Health Department of Biostatistics. The department organizes the Summer Institute in Statistics and Modeling in Infectious Diseases in Seattle annually.
